Storytelling is an important marketing activity where customers can better identify with a brand by telling a story. A person would much rather become a supporter of a product, to the creation and use of which some emotional line is attached. Telling a story will help people remember who you are, what you offer, and why you offer it. We live in a time where we have enough of everything and we can choose, so how do you make it so that people choose you? Elements of a good story 1. WOW effect You need to capture and gain attention. It's in what you're going to tell about, the tone you're going to tell it in, and the final effect you want to leave behind.
